Founded and led by visionary supply chain pioneer, Marc Garson, Garson International was amongst the first wave of western companies to establish manufacturing operations in China.

Garson International opened its inaugural office in Shanghai, spanning sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics, with a focus on the garment sector.

The founding principle of IBrands was to build brands of distinction. During this period, IBrands owned and licensed apparel brands including Echo, BCBG, bebe, Ed Hardy, and Catherine Malandrino.

During the wave of retail shutdowns, Blulabs was established to leverage its existing supply chain infrastructure and branch into new industries.

Blulabs quickly became the largest U.S. importer of safety products during the pandemic. Founded by Marc, the company grew into a true family enterprise as his three sons, Remy, Cole, and Darryn, joined between 2016 and 2020.

Amid the global supply chain crisis, Remcoda successfully expanded its operations into the food service and airline industries by delivering supply solutions to leading US companies that faced unprecedented shortages in critical items.

IBrands expanded into the janitorial and sanitation space through its acquisition of Safety Wercs, a recognized market leader with a comprehensive product line and distribution in retail and broad line.

Dave Morrison, Safety Werc’s founder & CEO, joined IBrands as Executive Vice President.

Blulabs Brands emerged as the unified entity from the strategic consolidation of the IBrands companies with a mandate to develop long-term supply programs and grow our portfolio of owned brands.
