Position Summary

Blulabs is seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our commercial organization. This role will partner closely with sales, supply chain, procurement, finance, customer success, and executive leadership to improve visibility, drive accountability, and ensure flawless execution across the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Manage and optimize CRM processes, data integrity, reporting structures, and pipeline management.
  • Support sales leadership with forecasting, territory planning, account management frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, customer activity, and key business metrics.
  • Monitor and improve quote-to-order workflows, helping reduce friction between sales and operations.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, business reviews, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Create and maintain sales reports, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer performance, product mix, and profitability.
  • Provide actionable recommendations that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning processes.
  • Develop KPI tracking systems for both individual sales representatives and business units.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers, programs, and product launches.
  • Help ensure customer commitments align with inventory availability, production schedules, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Support strategic account reviews and customer business planning initiatives.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.
  • Develop and document SOPs for key sales operations processes.
  • Lead CRM optimization projects and system enhancements.
  • Support implementation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and reporting systems.

Executive Support

  • Prepare executive-level reporting and presentation materials.
  • Support leadership with strategic projects, business reviews, and operational initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking company objectives, sales goals, and performance metrics across teams.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Supply Chain Analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales organizations.
  • Experience working with large national accounts, distributors, retailers, or enterprise customers is preferred.
  • Experience within consumer products, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, foodservice, janitorial, retail, or related industries is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, and data modeling.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
